Which Regional Companies Proposed a Dividend Payment for 2019?

Here you can find which regional companies have a proposed dividend payment for the year 2019.

The outbreak of Covid-19 and its implications on the regional markets has led to many companies not proposing any dividend payment for the year 2019. Therefore, for today we decided to present you with a list of regional companies which have currently proposed a dividend payment. Note that these proposals could still be amended and are subject to approval at the company’s GSM’s. It is important to note that some companies still have not published any statement’s regarding potential dividend payment, so they are not included in the list below. Also note that the dividend yields were calculated based on the share price a day before the dividend proposal.

CROATIA

  • INA – proposed HRK 62.27 dividend per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 2.1%. To read more about INA’s dividend proposal click here.
  • HT – proposed HRK 8 dividend per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 4.9%. To read more about HT’s dividend proposal click here.
  • Končar D&ST – proposed HRK 37.66 dividend per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 3.9% for both regular and preferred share. To read more about company’s dividend proposal click here.
  • AD PLASTIK – payed an advanced dividend of HRK 4 per share on 12 March which at the time of the announcement has given a dividend yield of 2.1%. If there will be additional dividend, it will be know upon announcement of proposal to Supervisory Board at a later point.

SLOVENIA

  • Banca Transilvania – proposed RON 0.115 per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 6.4%.
  • BRD – proposed RON 1.64 per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 13.2%

  • Electrica – proposed RON 0.7248 per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 7.3%.
