Small Shareholders’ Association of Slovenia (Društvo MDS) proposed a dividend payment of EUR 4.5 (DY 7.5%).

Small Shareholders’ Association of Slovenia (MDS) sent a counterproposal to Telekom Slovenije’s proposed dividend of EUR 3.5. The counterproposal contains a proposal for a dividend of EUR 4.5, which would amount to a dividend yield of 7.5% at the price when the dividend was proposed.

The counterproposal also suggests 1 August 2022 as the ex-date and 2 August 2022 as the payment date.
