The dividend yield is 10.6%, compared to the share price a day before the dividend announcement.

Fondul Proprietatea held Extraordinary and Ordinary General Shareholders’ meetings in which they approved a dividend RON 0.0903 DPS, corresponding to the 2018 financial year profit.

This would translate into a dividend yield of 10.6%, which is by 2.5 p.p. higher compared to the last year, when the divided was RON 0.0678 per share.

Note that the ex-dividend date is 7 June 2019.
