Digi Communications published the resolutions from the GSM in which the shareholders approved a dividend payment. To be specific, a payment of RON 0.75 per share was approved, which translates into a dividend yield of 2.1%.

Such a dividend is by RON 0.10 per share higher than the one paid in 2020. We note that the ex-dividend date is 2 June 2021.
