Čakovecki Mlinovi released their invitation to the GSM yesterday in which they proposed a dividend of HRK 100 per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 1.5%. The total amount which will be payed out amounts to HRK 10.5m. Ex-date is set on September 2nd.
Rather than being paid out of last year’s HRK 16.9m net profit, if approved, the company will pay out the proposed dividend out of their retained earnings.
