The Romanian State Proposes Additional DPS for Transgaz

The newly proposed dividend amounts to RON 37.89 per share. At the current share price, the dividend yield is 17.6%.

Transgaz published a document in which they state that their majority shareholder, The Romanian State, proposed an additional dividend payout. The state proposed a 90% payout ratio of the net profit in 2018, which would translate into a dividend of RON 37.89 per share. As a reminder, the initially proposed dividend was RON 21.66 per share. Consequently, the total dividend would amount to RON 59.55 per share. At the current share price, the dividend yield is 17.6%.

Note that the ex-dividend date is 24 June 2019.

Fondul Proprietatea Proposes Additional DPS for Nuclearelectrica

FP, a minority shareholder of Nuclearelectrica, proposed an additional dividend of RON 1.45474494 per share. At the current share price, the dividend yield is 28%.

Foundul Proprietatea proposed an additional dividend on Nuclearelectrica’s initial dividend proposal of RON 1.25670615 per share. The company proposed a distribution of additional RON 438.6m to be paid out as dividend, which would translate into a RON 1.45474494 DPS. Combined the dividend would amount to RON 2.71145109 per share.

At the current share price, the dividend yield is 28%.
