Another “Green” Day on the ZSE

Yesterday, CROBEX ended the day with a 2.23% increase.

Croatian equity market recorded another day in green, with CROBEX recording a solid increase of 2.23%. Meanwhile, CROBEXprime observed an increase of 2.69%.

The main index of the ZSE ended the trading session at 1,611.69 points, which is still a decrease of 20.1% YTD. Meanwhile, 33 out of 42 traded stocks ended the day in green.

All CROBEX10 constituents ended the day in green, with AD Plastik recording an increase of 4.6% (closing at HRK 146.5 per share). Next come Ericsson Nikola Tesla and Atlantska Plovidba, with an increase of 4.3% and 4.1%, respectively. Atlantic Grupa witnessed an increase of 3.3%, closing the day at HRK 1,240 per share. At the current share price, Atlantic Grupa is traded at a P/E 10.4 and EV/EBITDA of 6.3.

ZSE recorded a solid turnover of HRK 13.74m, with Valamar Riviera leading the list (HRK 2.13m). Zaba and HT follow with a turnover of HRK 1.77m and 1.6m, respectively.

NLB to Close 10 Branches in Slovenia

According to media, NLB is closing 10 branches across Slovenia, as a result of the continuation of the optimization of their business network.

According to media, NLB is closing 10 branches across Slovenia, as a result of the continuation of the optimization of their business network. To put things into a perspective, as of end of 2019, NLB operated with 318 branches of which 93 were located in Slovenia.

The media notes that NLB has been noticing that their users are switching more to digital offering, which have become even more popular in the recent months given the Covid-19 situation.

The braches should close by 15 June 2020.  

It is worth noting that NLB did not publish an official statement on the LJSE or their website regarding the aforementioned.  

NIS Proposed RSD 27.14 per share

At the current share price dividend yield is 4.6%.

Naftna Industrija Srbije (NIS) proposed a dividend payment of in the amount of RSD 4.43bn implying a payout ratio of 25%, at which the company has been paying out dividends continuously since 2013.

Such a dividend payments translates to RSD 27.14, per share representing a decrease of 32% compared to the dividend paid in 2019.

At the current share price dividend yield is 4.6%.
