Valamar published a document on the Zagreb Stock Exchange announcing that the Management Board and Supervisory Board proposed a dividend of HRK 1.2 per share, implying a payout ratio of 52%. Such a dividend is by HRK 0.2 per share higher compared to the one paid in 2019.

At the current share price, dividend yield is 3.9%. Note that the ex-date is 27 April, while the payment date is 20 May 2020.

The propsed dividend is subject to approval at the GSM.
