Transgaz published the convocation to the GSM on the Bucharest Stock Exchange proposing RON 182.14m to be distributed to their shareholders from the profit for the year 2019. Such a dividend translates to RON 15.47 per share, implying a dividend yield of 6.7%.

The proposed dividend is 29% lower compared to the dividend paid out in 2019.

Note that the ex-date is 25 June 2020, while the payment date is 17 July 2020.
