SBITOP yesterday noted a slight increase of 0.31%, continuing its positive sentiment in 2021. The index closed at 1,091.83 which is quite close towards 1,100 points mark (0.7% increase left). We note that the index was not seen in these levels for more than 11 years.

The index has increased by 59.3% compared to 2020 lows and is also up by 21.3% YTD. When looking at daily movements of the index, one can note that SBITOP closed in green for more than 2 thirds of the time.

On a YTD basis virtually all SBITOP constituents have observed a double-digit increase, with NLB leading the gainers (29.7%).
