OMV Petrom proposes RON 0.0444 DPS for 2024, implying a 6.08% dividend yield
Recently, OMV Petrom announced the proposal to distribute a gross dividend of RON 0.0444 per share for the 2024 financial year. This represents a 7.5% increase YoY, aligning with the company’s dividend guidance of a 5–10% annual increase. At the share price prior to the announcement , this implies a dividend yield (DY) of 6.08%.
The ex-date is proposed for 12 May 2025, while the payment date is scheduled for 3 June 2025. The proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval during the Ordinary General Meeting (OGMS) on 24/25 April 2025.
