The approved dividend per share is RSD 1,530.44 per share. Note that the record date was 31 December 2018.
As a reminder, the company originally announced 2018 profit amounting to RSD 62.04bn and proposed dividend of RSD 1,778.44 per share. A couple of days later, based on the actions of the majority owner of the company, the Republic of Serbia, a correction of the financial statements of the company for 2018 was made due to the “material error in the calculation of the basis for determining the amount of income tax”.
