Our Investment Banking team acted as a buy-side advisor to Quattro Logistika in the acquisition of Poslovni Park Zagreb d.o.o. (“PPZ”) from a consortium of three major Croatian pension funds.
Poslovni Park Zagreb is the owner of the largest logistic park in Croatia consisting of roughly 230,000 square meters of land and logistic halls with an area of roughly 103,000 square meters, rented to high-quality tenants such as SPAR, Harvey Norman, Milsped and Metro.
For the purposes of the acquisition, Quattro logistics was recapitalized in the amount of HRK 325 million by the pension funds PBZ Croatia osiguranje and Erste plavi, and the insurance company Croatia osiguranje.
