Digi Communications published a document in which they proposed a dividend of RON 0.5 per share. At the current share price, that would translate into a dividend yield of 2.1%.  Note that the proposed ex-dividend date is 15 May 2019.

The dividend is subject to approval at the Annual General Meeting of Digi, which will be held 30 April 2019.

In 2018, the Group paid out a dividend of RON 0.35 per share, which translates into a dividend yield of 1% (compared to the share price a day before the dividend proposal).
