BRD publishes the resolutions of the OGSM held on January 13, 2022, in which, the shareholders proposed a new special dividend payment. More specifically, the shareholders proposed an extraordinary gross dividend of RON 2.4164 per share, which will be paid out from the retained profits of 2019 and 2020.

At the current share price, the dividend yield is 13%, while Ex-date is 11 March 2022. The shareholders will vote on the proposed dividend on 24 February 2022, while the payment date (if approved) will be held on 4 April 2022.
