Trading statistics for June 2019 show an average daily turnover of roughly EUR 11.55m (+80.7% YoY).

The Bucharest Stock Exchange published their trading statistics for June 2019, showing an average daily turnover of EUR 11.55m. This represents an increase of 80.7% YoY.

When observing the top traded shares, one can notice that Banca Transilvania recorded the highest turnover of RON 233.3m. Fondul Proprietatea follows with a turnover of RON 198.9m. OMV Petrom and BRD Bank come next with a turnover of RON 145.7m and RON 137.4m, respectively.

Of the BET index components, DIGI Communications observed the highest share price increase in June of 18.11%. Purcari follows with an increase of 11.73%. Next comes BRD Bank with an increase of 10.1%. On the flip side, Transgaz observed a decrease of 2.7%.

In June, the BET index observed an increase of 3.78%, amounting to 8,814.27 points.
