Through this strategic partnership, InterCapital will strengthen its overall presence in the Slovenian market, which is aimed at providing best-in-class advisory and building long-term partnerships with clients on their M&A transaction needs.

He has personally been involved in several high-profile regional transactions, such as advising in the acquisition of Merkur Trgovina, the leading Slovenian technical retailer, the acquisition of Adriatic Slovenica, the largest acquisition in the insurance sector in Slovenia, the sale of Iskratel Group, the largest Slovenian IT company, Gorenjska banka, the capital raising for the e-commerce company Moja Čokolada and the e-mobility company Remea. Most recently, he advised on the strategic partnership deal for the football club NŠ Mura.
