Luka Ploče published a document in which they announced that Energia Naturalis, the current largest shareholder of the company, has received the approval of the Croatian Financial Services Supervisory Agency (HANFA) to file for a takeover bid.

The Macedonian Stock Exchange published their trading statistics for June 2019, showing an average daily turnover of EUR 0.21m. This represents a decrease of 63% YoY.
When observing the top traded shares, one can notice that Komercijalna Banka recorded the highest turnover of EUR 0.71m. Alkaloid Skopje follows with a turnover of EUR 0.64m. Granit Skopje comes next with a turnover of EUR 0.19m.
Of the MBI10 index components, Stopanska banka Skopje observed the highest share price increase in June of 3.38%. Makedonijaturist Skopje follows with an increase of 1.62%. On the flip side, Granit Skopje observed a decrease of 2.64%, followed by Komercijalna Banka with a decrease of 0.86%.
In June, the MBI10 index observed a decrease of 1.29%, amounting to 3,821.61 points.
