The company participated with HRK 22.8m, acquiring 2.28m shares.
Valamar participated in Helios Faros capital increase with HRK 22.8m, acquiring 2.28m shares. Helios Faros will increase their share capital by HRK 91.2m by issuing 9.1m new shares, of which the remaining 6.84m shares will be acquired by PBZ Croatia osiguranje pension fund management company.
Upon the increase of the share capital, Valamar will hold 23.61% of shares and PBZ CO will hold 70.83% of shares of Helios Faros.
With this increase of the share capital, preconditions for the Helios Faros emergence from bankruptcy will be obtained. The partnership of Valamar and PBZ CO will lead to the new phase of the tourism development in Stari Grad on the island of Hvar.
At the current share price, the dividend yield is 5.5%.
The Board of Directors of NIS proposed RSD 6.5bn to be paid out as dividend to their shareholders from the 2018 net income. The dividend implies a payout ratio of 25%, at which the company has been paying out dividends continuously since 2013.
The dividend would translate to RSD 39.97 per share. At the current share price, the dividend yield is 5.5%. Note that the ex-dividend date was not yet proposed (the General Assembley will be held in June).
