Končar Group – Launch of Accelerated Bookbuilding (ABB)

Končar d.d. today announced on the Zagreb Stock Exchange the launch of an accelerated bookbuilding process for the sale of up to 50,000 existing ordinary shares, executed through Interkapital vrijednosni papiri d.o.o. The price range has been set at EUR 640.00 to EUR 720.00 per share, with the bookbuilding window running from 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, 2 December 2025 (CET), until 1:00 p.m. on Wednesday, 3 December 2025 (CET).
The transaction carries a total potential value of up to EUR 36 million.
