At the share price before the announcement, the EUR 4.5 DPS from the dividend counter-proposal would amount to a dividend yield is 9%. The ex-date is set for 28 June 2023 and 30 June 2023 as the payment date.

The explanation of a counterproposal is based on the All-Slovenian Association of Small Shareholders’s opinion (VZMD) that it is appropriate and necessary that the company this year pays dividends to shareholders at least in the same amount as last year. VZMD thinks that at more than 40 million in balance sheet profit – the company is able to pay just under EUR 30m in dividends as well as return EUR 3.8m in state aid. Finally, VZMD is convinced that such payment of dividends and return of state aid will strengthen the reputation and trust of the company and its share

The counterproposal also suggests 28 June 2023 as the ex-date and 30 June 2023 as the payment date.
