On Friday, Telekom Slovenije, the largest telecommunication provider in Slovenia, published its annual business plan for 2025. According to the 2025 plan, the Group expects revenue of EUR 726.2m, up 1% vs. 2023, an EBITDA of EUR 248.9m, an increase of 9% vs. 2023, and a net income of EUR 53.6m, an increase of 14% vs. 2023.
Telekom Slovenije held its Supervisory Board meeting on Thursday during which they reviewed and approved the Annual Business Plan of Telekom Slovenije Group for 2025, with projections up until 2029. A day later, the report was published on LJSE.
According to this report, in 2025, the Group plans to see growth in revenue, EBITDA, and net income. They plan a revenue of EUR 726.2m, an EBITDA of EUR 248.9m, and a net income of EUR 53.6m. Compared to what they planned for 2024, this represents increases of 1%, 7%, and 24%, respectively. Furthermore, compared to 2023’s actuals, revenue growth in the plan is expected at 3%, EBITDA increases at 9%, and net income growth is expected at 16%.
Besides these 3 indicators, Telekom Slovenije also mentioned their investments, i.e. CAPEX. According to the 2025 plan, investments are planned at EUR 218.4m, representing a 7% decrease compared to 2024’s plan, but a 16% growth compared to the 2023’s numbers.

The Group further noted that besides investments in the network, the planned investments also include investments in programming rights and the capitalization of leases in accordance with IFRS 16. In Slovenia, The Group operates the largest fixed and mobile networks, with its fiber optics network already available to more than 470k Slovenian households.
With constant upgrades and modernization of the entire network with the latest technologies, the Group is laying the foundation for further development, strengthening its competitive advantage, and creating technological support for the continued provision of secure, reliable, and modern telecom services in line with the latest trends and expectations.
As part of this modernization, which also increases coverage and strengthens capacities, 4G coverage in Slovenia has reached 98% of the population, while 5G coverage has exceeded 70% of the population. In 2025, the Group plans on providing 99% population coverage with 5G. In regards to the dividend policy, the Group plans on allocating 30-50% of net profit for dividends, while of course taking into account the financial position and the volume of investments.
