Telekom Slovenije’s Management Board in cooperation with the Supervisory Board, issued a proposal for the distribution of profit from 2024. The company proposed a 44.4% dividend payout ratio, proposing almost half of the whole 2024 net profit of EUR 58.2m to be distributed. This would amount to a gross dividend of EUR 4 per share.
