Telekom Slovenije held the GSM on Friday in which the shareholders approved no dividend payment from net profit achieved in 2022.

Further, we emphasize that initially the Company initially proposed no dividend payment, but received a EUR 6 DPS counterproposal from the Small Shareholder’s Association of Slovenia (Društvo MDS), which would have amounted to a dividend yield of 11.7% at the price when the dividend was proposed.
