The Supervisory Board and the Management Board of Sava Re have proposed a draft resolution to the GSM for the distribution of 2022 profit. In total, EUR 24.8m would be paid out as dividends, representing a payout ratio of 36.3%. This would amount to a gross dividend of EUR 1.6 per share, representing a 6.7% increase from the dividend paid out in 2021 (DY amounted to 5.3%). Finally, we note this is within the planned payout range of 35% – 45% of the total Group’s net profit.
At the same time, the remaining part of the distributable profit of EUR 17m would be left unallocated as retained earnings. At the share price before the announcement, the EUR 1.6 DPS would amount to a dividend yield of 6.4%. The ex-date is yet to be announced.
