At the meeting of the Management Board held on 29 March 2024, the distribution of the profit from the financial year 2023 was discussed. According to the press release published by Podravka, in 2024 a dividend of EUR 3.2 per share should be paid out, implying a dividend yield of 2%. Compared to last year, the EUR 3.2 DPS is 20.7% higher (2023 dividend: EUR 2.65 DPS).

The ex-date for the dividend is yet to be announced. Of course, the dividend payment is subject to approval at the General Shareholders Meeting, which will be held on 4 April 2024.
