The former Deputy Prime Minister of Croatia, Martina Dalić, has been appointed as the new President of the Management Board of the Group.

Podravka held the session of the Supervisory Board in which Martina Dalić was appointed as the new President of the Management Board of the Group. Mrs Dalić is stepping into the position following the early death (January 2021) of Marin Pucar, the previous President of the Management Board.

The new President has been appointed for the term that begins on 4 February 2021 and ends on 23 February 2022. The reason for a relatively short appointment could be explained by the fact that the Management Board is already appointed to the mentioned term.

Mrs Dalić is known to the wider public as she served as a Deputy Prime Minister and the Minister of Economy.
