MedLife Acqures another 3% Stake in Genesys Arad

As a result, MedLife currently holds 61% stake in Genesys Arad.

MedLife published a document announcing the takeover of a new 3% stake in Genesys Arad, one of the largest private medical services providers in the western area of Romania.

Genesys Arad has been part of the MedLife System since 2011, when the representatives announced the acquisition of the 55% stake and the transaction value amounted to around EUR 3m.

As a result of mentioned acquisition of share, MedLife currently holds 61% stake in Genesys Arad.
