MedLife published a document on the Bucharest Stock Exchange stating announcing that the acquisition of 100% of the shares of Spital Lotus SRL in Ploiești, the most important provider of private medical services in Prahova county, providing integrated outpatient services, medical imaging, laboratory, hospital and maternity.

To put things into a perspective, in 2018, the Hospital served approximately 100,000 patients while it currently has over 135 doctors and nurses. Meanwhile, in the same period the company has recorded a turnover of EUR 3.9m in 2018.

With this acquisition, MedLife Group reaches a portfolio of 25 acquired companies, the latest one announced being Onco Team Diagnostic, a laboratory located in Bucharest.
