Today, HT published a document on the Zagreb Stock Exchange announcing an Accelerated book building process for the sale of up to 300.000,00 shares of existing ordinary shares via InterCapital Securities. Price range was set between EUR 25,50 and EUR 27,30 per share in the period from 10:00 CET Wednesday (13 September 2023) until 12:00 CET Thursday (14 September 2023).

In total, this amounts to the maximum transaction value of c. EUR 8,2 m.
