This would be the first time that the company does not pay a dividend since 2013.

Energoprojekt published a convocation of the General Assembly in which the management of the company proposed the 2018 net profit of RSD 763.5m to be undistributed.  

Note that this would be the first time that the company does not pay a dividend since 2013, while in the past four years, the company has paid a consistent dividend of RSD 20 per share.

The proposed no dividend payement is subject to approval at the General Assembly which will be held on 28 June 2019.
