Đuro Đaković published a document on the Zagreb Stock Exchange announcing that they, together with their two out of four affiliates, did not manage to pay their labor force the September 2019 salary upon the occurrence of those expenses.

The company states that procedures under the Law and the Collective Agreement for such situations are currently ongoing and that the Group is trying to solve the mentioned problem through intensive negotiations with potential creditors, as well as through a plan for further restructuring.
