Croatia Osiguranje withdrew from purchasing 100% share in Testing Centar and Central Osiguranje.

Croatia Osiguranje published a document stating that they are withdrawing from purchasing 100% share in Testing Centar and Central Osiguranje. The purchase agreement for these two Bosnian insurers dates to 28 June 2018. Note that Croatia Osiguranje did not specify the reasons for the withdrawal from these deals.  

If the deal had gone through, CO’s Bosnian subsidiary would have increased its total market share to 13% and become the market leader.
