On 17 April, the Supervisory Board meeting of Luka Koper was held, in which the proposal for the distribution of the 2024 profit was made. According to the proposal, out of EUR 45.5m of distributable profit, EUR 29.4m will be paid out in the form of dividends, implying a payout ratio of 64.6%.
