At the current share price, dividend yield is 6.4%.

Transgaz publshed a document in which they proposed that of the 2018 net profit amounting to RON 495.6m, RON 255m would be paid out as dividends to the shareholders.

This would mean a dividend of RON 21.66 per share. At the current share price that would translate into a dividend yield of 6.4%.  Note that the ex-dividend date was not yet proposed.
