Telekom Slovenije released a statement yesterday in which they announced an out of court settlement with the previous Management Board worth EUR 2.8m.

Telekom Slovenije released a statement yesterday in which they announced an out of court settlement with the previous Management Board in a lawsuit that was originally worth EUR 48m. In the end, the company settled with the previous Board members and Zavarovalnica Triglav, insurance company in the commercial dispute against the defendants, for a sum of EUR 2.8m.

The agreement was made eight years after Telekom Slovenije initially decided to file a compensation lawsuit against the former management for the sale and subsequent purchase of a stake in Ipko.net from Pristina more than ten years ago.
