The Groups largest shareholder, SDH, proposed a dividend payment of EUR 4.5 per share (DY 7.4%).

Slovenian Sovereign Holding and Republic of Slovenia (which is represented by Slovenian Sovereign Holding) addressed a counter-proposal to Telekom Slovenije for a higher dividend of EUR 4.5 per share, instead of EUR 4.00 proposed by the Management Board and the Supervisory Board.

At the current share price, dividend yield is 7.4%, while ex-date is 1 August 2021.

The GSM will take place today.
