Romgaz published the convocation to the the GSM in which the shareholders approved a dividend payment of RON 1.79 per share. Such a dividend payment is 11% higher than the one paid in 2020. At the current share price, dividend yield is 5.5%, while the ex-date is 7 July 2021.

Note that the payment date is 30 June 2021.
