Podravka published their convocation to the GSM in which they proposed the profit distribution for the year 2019.

 The unconsolidated profit of HRK 145.2m is proposed to be distributed as follows:

• other reserves in the amount of HRK 73.85m
• retained (undistributed) profit in the amount of HRK 64.08m
• legal reserves in the amount of HRK 7.26m

This would mean that no dividend payment was proposed for the year 2019. As a reminder, Podravka distributed HRK 9 per share as dividends to their shareholders for the year 2018, which implied a dividend yield of 2.2%.
