MedLife to Buy a Hungarian Company for EUR 5m

The deal would amount for 3% of MedLife’s T12 2018 sales revenues.

According to the media, MedLife, the largest actor on the private medical service market in Romania, is in advanced talks to buy a medical company in Hungary for around EUR 5m. As of now the name of the company to be acquired is unknown.

The deal would be the first move by a Romanian private medical sector company abroad.

Note that the deal would amount for 3% of MedLife’s T12 2018 sales revenues.
