At the current share price, dividend yield is 2.2%
The Supervisory Board of Končar held a meeting in which they proposed HRK 38.4m to be paid out to their shareholders as a dividend. The dividend would be paid from the 2018 net income and would translate to HRK 15 per share. At the current share price, the dividend yield is 2.2%.
The dividend is subject to approval at the General Shareholders Meeting, which will be held on the 6 June 2019. Note that the ex-dividend date was not yet proposed.
