Končar published the resolutions of its GSM held last week on Friday. Among the resolutions, the one that’s most interesting is the approval of the dividend payment. According to the announcement, out of the 2021 net profit of HRK 33.2m, HRK 33.1m would be paid out as dividends, representing a pay-out ratio of 99.8%.

This would mean that a total of HRK 13 DPS would be paid as dividends, representing a DY of 1.4%. The ex-date for the dividend is set for 24 June 2022, while the payment date is set for 10 July 2022.
